Clean and spacious, with a fridge in the room and AC that works well - so all the basics are covered. It is also in a great location, close to places to eat and temples to visit, and the hotel has an area on the ground floor with free tea and coffee and snacks, along with a filtered water dispenser for drinking water. The staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Mr Vid is a source of lots of useful information and can arrange tours at a competitive prices. Overall, I think this is a good choice for the price we paid, and the negatives are all in areas that aren't too important. I'd stay here again.

When I review a property I stay at I am not interested whether it was “luxurious or modern”. I am interested in the value it had for me. Staying at the RCN Court, which was on a side street, was very quiet, thanks to Mr. Vid the manager who knowing I was there for 2 weeks gave me an extra quiet back room. The Staff were all wonderful, so friendly, kind and generous with anything I needed. My room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and the added bonus of a small balcony where I could hang my wet hand laundry and towels. It was also great having a small fridge. There was also a kitchen on the ground floor with all needed supplies that I could toast or cook anything I wanted. I was also within 15 mins walk.of my favorite restaurants, dentist, nail salon, and the ATM just around the corner. I will definitely return to the RCN Court next time I return to wonderful Chiang Mai.

The room was spacious and met my expectations. The location is conveniently located in the old square and close to the Sunday night market. I had an early arrival and the owners were able to check me in earlier than the standard check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Excellent staff. Mr. Vid was so helpful. He makes sure you have everything you need. The entire place is spotless. There's a nice outdoor area to relax and meet new people, with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. There's also a well stocked shared kitchen with a couple burners and microwave.

The staff were very friendly and let us leave our bags for the day as we checked out early from our other hotel. They even said if it had been ready we could have checked in early. Room was lovely and clean and the bathroom shower was great! We only stayed one night but the shared kitchen area downstairs is cool and they have little snacks and tea coffee down stairs free of charge in the mornings as they don’t offer breakfast.
